How usage limits reset
- Guest allowances refresh once per day and are tracked by IP address, so shared networks may share one allowance.
- Account allowances refresh at the start of each monthly cycle. Unused runs do not roll over.
- Annual subscribers still receive a monthly allowance; the yearly payment does not pool twelve months of runs at once.
- Your remaining runs appear under each tool and in your dashboard, so you always know where you stand.
- Upgrading takes effect right away, and the higher limits apply as soon as payment is confirmed.
Questions about plans
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. Creating a free account only requires an email address and password. You will be asked for card details only if you decide to upgrade to Pro or Agency, and that payment step is handled securely by Stripe rather than stored on our servers.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for twelve months upfront at a 20% discount: $180 for Pro or $468 for Agency. Your usage limits still reset every month during that year. The subscription renews automatically at the end of the term unless you cancel beforehand.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard or by writing to [email protected]. You keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, after which the account moves to the Free plan with your saved reports intact.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months unless the law where you live requires it. For annual plans, you may request a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase. Full details are on our refund policy page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Invoices and receipts are emailed automatically after each successful charge. If your organization needs a different payment arrangement for a large order, reach out through the contact page and we will see what is possible.
Can I switch between Pro and Agency?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately so you get the larger allowance right away. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date, which means you keep the higher tier limits for the time you have already paid for.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
The affected tool pauses until your next monthly reset, while tools with remaining runs keep working. AI crawl checks stay unlimited on every account. You can upgrade at any point to continue immediately with a larger allowance.
