Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy describes how you can end a paid Pro or Agency subscription with [Company legal name], trading as AI SEO Score Checker, and what happens afterward. It supplements our Terms of Use and Billing Terms.

2. Cancel at any time

You can cancel whenever you like, with no cancellation fee and no need to give a reason. Both monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled.

3. How to cancel

From your dashboard

1. Log in and open your dashboard.
2. Go to the billing or subscription section.
3. Choose the option to cancel and confirm.
4. Watch for a confirmation email; keep it for your records.

By email

Send a cancellation request to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. We process email requests within one business day and send written confirmation once done. If you write from another address, we may ask you to verify ownership first.

Cancellation takes effect when we confirm it. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

4. What happens after you cancel

• Your plan stays active, with its full limits and features, until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Automatic renewal stops, so no further charges will be made.
• When the paid period ends, your account moves to the Free plan and its monthly allowances.
• Saved reports and share links remain available on the Free plan.
• White label branding and PDF export become unavailable, and reports display our standard branding again; your saved brand settings are kept in case you return.
• Keyword results above the Free plan's 10 row display limit are no longer shown, so export any CSV data you need before your paid period ends.

5. Refunds on cancellation

Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund. Monthly plans are not refunded for the remaining days of a month unless the law requires it. Annual subscribers who cancel within 14 days of purchase may request a prorated refund. See the Refund Policy for the details.

6. Cancelling versus deleting your account

Cancelling a subscription keeps your account open on the Free plan. If you would rather remove your account and data entirely, ask us to delete it after cancelling. Deletion is permanent and removes your report history, brand settings and share links. Billing records we are legally required to keep are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Cancellation by us

We may cancel a subscription if payment repeatedly fails, if the account breaches our acceptable use rules, or if we discontinue a plan. When we discontinue a plan for reasons unrelated to your conduct, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused prepaid amount.

8. Resubscribing

You can upgrade again at any time from the pricing page or your dashboard. Current prices at the time of resubscribing will apply.
